The solder has high strength, conducts electricity and heat. It is also corrosion resistant. Particularly suitable for repairs, as the fluidity of the alloy during soldering depends on the temperature. It successfully replaces welding, especially when the use of a welder is not possible. Connections are made with an ordinary torch, e.g. propane-butane.
