A precision-made soldering iron made in European Union (Poland). Designed for electronic circuit assembly. Enables the soldering of through-hole and SMD components. Equipped with a long-life iron tip. The appropriate selection of temperature limits the thermal load on the soldered components. The package contains a soldering iron with a replaceable tip and support.

Specifications: rated power 18 W, iron-plated tip 1,5 mm, heating time 4 min, steady state temperature 350 °C, weight with cord 0,20 kg, rated voltage 230 V.

The diameter of the soldering tip is selected to allow soldering of through-hole and SMD components. One of the photos shows a board with LQFP48 and SSOP28 housings (with 0.5 mm and 0.65 mm spacing) fully soldered with PJ18 soldering iron and HR-10 flux. The board was soldered during testing of the soldering iron and is not included.
