A robust, produced in European Union (Poland) transformer soldering iron by TEX in its original packaging. The design of the device and the materials used ensure high reliability. The transformer has copper windings. The soldering iron is switched on using a durable micro-switch. The working field is illuminated by an LED, which, unlike traditional incandescent bulbs, has a practically unlimited service life.

Stepless power control 0 – 100 W The variable power control allows the correct tip temperature to be selected according to the work to be soldered. High power enables soldering of larger components that dissipate heat quickly (e.g. the ground surface on a PCB). At low power, small components can be soldered without the risk of overheating. By instaling a long and thin tip, the power of the soldering iron can be further reduced.

Soldering iron designed primarily for soldering electronic circuits. The power range of 0 – 100 watts enables convenient soldering of through-hole components and wiring. Soldering of some SMD circuits is also possible. It is ideal for model making and assembly of small electrotechnical components. Both lead-free tin and traditional tin-lead binders can be used for soldering.
