AlumWeld Core CL is an aluminium soldering wire. It contains a non-corrosive flux. Its main feature is its semi-fluid consistency during soldering, which allows to seal the opening with solder not flowing into it. CL filler metal has a slightly higher strength than LQ filler metal. Package contains 1 m of flux-cored solder with a diameter of 2 mm.

The band is soldered to the aluminium tube using flux-cored wire.

Application
The binder is particularly suitable for repairing radiators and air-conditioning components. It also enables soldering aluminium structures and making of small castings.

Soldering is very simple. It successfully replaces welding, especially when the use of a welder is not possible. Connections are made with an ordinary torch, e.g. propane-butane. Simply heat up the object to be brazed, apply AlumWeld filler metal so that it melts from its heat, place the joint and leave it to cool down.
