Propane-butane brazing torch. LPG torch 2 kW

Propane-butane brazing torch. Interchangeable nozzles provide a sharp, narrow flame and a choice of heat output. Includes 1.5 m rubber hose with connector for large, 11 kg cylinder (we offer adapter for 1-5 kg cylinder). The torch allows to braze aluminium tubes with diameter up to 15 mm and 1 mm wall.

Torch features:

  • heat output 2 kW,
  • flame temperature 2000 °C,
  • gas consumption 140 g/h,
  • 3 interchangeable nozzles (13 mm, 14 mm, 17 mm),
  • 1,5 m hose.

Non-corrosive flux-cored filler for aluminium. The semi-fluid consistency during brazing enables the gap to be soldered without the filler flowing into the opening. For this reason, it is particularly recommended for radiator and air conditioning repairs. Thanks to the flux content, it allows to braze many aluminium alloys as well as copper, brass, bronze, steel, stainless steel and other alloys.

Non-corrosive flux-cored filler metal for aluminium and its alloys. It wets the brazed surfaces perfectly. It can also be used for soldering copper, brass, bronze, steel (including galvanised and stainless steel) and other metals.

Package contains 1 m of ⌀2.5 mm wire.

It is a well-known filler metal for brazing aluminium. The solder has high strength, conducts electricity and heat well and is corrosion resistant. Particularly suitable for repairs, as the consistency of the liquid alloy during brazing is temperature-dependent. This makes possible, for example, to seal a gap without getting alloy inside it.

Package contains 1 m of ⌀2.5 mm wire.

This solder has a lower melting point and greater fluidity than CL alloy, which makes brazing easier. It can be used to join many aluminium alloys and other metals.
Flux for soldering aluminum with AlumWeld filler metal. AlumWeld Blue – 10 g jar.

Flux that facilitates aluminium brazing with AlumWeld CL and AlumWed LQ solid wires. It also enables to braze other metals. It improves flowability and wettability of the filler metal. Rinsing with warm water after use is required.
