A robust, produced in European Union (Poland) transformer soldering iron by TEX in its original packaging. The design of the device and the materials used ensure high reliability. The transformer has copper windings. The soldering iron is switched on using a durable micro-switch. The working field is illuminated by an LED, which, unlike traditional incandescent bulbs, has a practically unlimited service life.

Selectable power 50 / 100 W The two available power settings enable the user to select the appropriate tip temperature depending on the work to be performed. With 100 watts, components that dissipate heat quickly (e.g. the ground surface on a circuit board) can be soldered. At 50 W, small components can be soldered without the risk of overheating. By inserting a long and thin tip, the power of the soldering iron can be further reduced.

Soldering iron designed primarily for soldering electronic circuits. The two available power levels, 50 W and 100 W, enable convenient soldering of through-hole components and cabling. Soldering of some SMD circuits is also possible. It is ideal for model making and assembly of small electrotechnical components. Both lead-free tin and traditional tin-lead solders can be used for soldering.
